Affiliate Program Terms of Service

THESE TERMS OF USE PERTAIN TO AN INDIVIDUAL AND/OR COMPANY'S USAGE AND PARTICIPATION IN THE COOP-HITS AFFILIATE (REFERRAL) PROGRAM. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EDIT, CHANGE, AND AMEND THESE TERMS IN 'GOOD FAITH'. BY PARTICIPATING YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

1. PARTICIPATING TO THE PROGRAM. By joining Coop-Hits you are automatically entitled to earn commissions for referring paying users. It is up to you to actively partecipate or not. Your participation in the affiliate program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise the Coop-Hits website and products and receive a commission on sales generated by your efforts.

2. REVOCATION OF AFFILIATE STATUS. Your status may be terminated for any of the following reasons: Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks), Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...), Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities.
By losing your Coop-Hits account, you automatically lose also your affiliate status, and vice-versa.

3. LINKING TO COOP-HITS. You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. Coop-Hits may also be advertised off-line in classified ads, magazines, and newpapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by Coop-Hits, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions in 2.

4. AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS. You will be paid 10% referral fees for every Coop-Hits product purchased. Affiliate commissions will be paid out monthly UPON YOUR REQUEST per email at sales @coop-hits.com - through Paypal, or you may request to redeem them (or part of them) to buy Positions for yourself.
Payments will be issued approximately 10 days following the end of each calendar month. However, if the commissions payable to you for any calendar month are less than U$ 9 we will hold payment until the total amount due is at least U$ 9.50 or (if earlier) until your Coop-Hits membership ends. If for any reason you intend to cancel your membership, you will have to request - and receive - your payments, before deleting your account. In this case the payout will follow even if the amount due is less than U$ 9.50 . Failure to do so, will result in a lost of commissions.

5. AFFILIATE TRACKING. After joining Coop-Hits, you will receive a unique affiliate url which you can use to advertise our website. When someone clicks through this url a cookie will be set in their browser with your affiliate ID. During that visit to our website or any later visit within 666 days, when a purchase is made the commission will be assigned to your account as soon as they are processed. In the members area you will be able to see what your actual earnings are.

6. JURISDICTION. Coop-Hits operates within the legal requirements of the jurisditcion of the European Union. The products sold are legal - with noever restriction of use - in every country of the world.

7. TRIBUTARY TERMS. You are the solely responsable for fulfilling with the tributary obbligations of your residing Country.

8. TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT. These terms will begin upon your signup with Coop-Hits and will end when either you or Coop-Hits terminate your account. The terms of this agreement may be modified at any time by Coop-Hits. In such cases Coop-Hits will notify all affiliates per e-mail. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your account.

9. LIABILITY. Coop-Hits will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program. We make no claim that the operation of Coop-Hits will be error-free and will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
