Question:
What is CO-OP HITS?
Answer: COOP-HITS is a company that buys advertising
from all over the Net in large
quantities thus being able to resell it at wholesale prices.
Q: What do i get when i
buy one Position?
A: Your site will receive hits for 30 days. The minimum
you can expect are 2,500 hits for a U$10.50 Manual Position and 35,000
hits for a U$9.50 Auto-Hits Position.
Q: May i buy unlisted quantities?
A: Yes, just email us for a quote
Q: May i split the hits
between different URL's?
A: Yes, up to 10 per Position.
Q: What kind of sites are not allowed?
We will NOT accept ADULT sites, warez sites and similar, gun,
tobacco, dope and alcohol sites, nor any site which content violates the laws of
North American and European Union Countries or the rules of most traffic
exchange network.
As well as sites: that set themselves as browser's start site or bookmark;
diplaying dialog/alert boxes; forcing the installation of a dialer or software;
containing malicious or annoying javascripts that disturb smooth surfing; frame
breakers.
Pages using a BRAVENET COUNTER will be considered as having one pop up and may consequently not
display more. In fact that counter occasionaly generates a pop up. Please register it in the Popup Category.
Needless to say, if your site has already been rejected from any traffic exchange, it will most probably
be rejected from Coop-Hits.com too.
Q: Are pop-ups allowed?
A: yes, but not more than one (including eventual free
host’s own pop-up). Please be aware that sites displaying pop-ups usually
receive 20-30% less visits than pop-up free sites.
Pop-ins and pop-unders count as pop-ups. FLYINADS AND SIMILAR ARE ABSOLUTELY
FORBIDDEN, as well as java boxes and similar!
Of course those limitations only apply to the page you are promoting directly through us.
You may have as many popups or whatever you wish in the internal pages.
Q: Are rotators allowed?
A: Basically not (some exceptions apply, contact us BEFORE placing your order)
but you are allowed up to 10 urls per account, and
an unlimited number of accounts. Of course you need to buy at least one Position
for each account, thus only 10 urls may be promoted with one account.
Q: May i have more than
one account?
A: You may, but you generally only need one.
Q: Are non-English sites
allowed?
A: No, at least the page that you promote has to
be totally or partially written in English. Internal pages might be in any language.
Depending on your site's language, we might have time-limited offers running: you may want to contact
us telling us what language is your site written in.
Q: What happens if i
break the rules?
A: We will take your sites out of rotation, until the
problem is fixed. We reserve the right to delete accounts and forfeit purchased
campaigns in case of clearly fraudulent violations.
Q: What happens if my site goes temporarly offline?
A: If we realize it before you do, we will deactivate it,
to avoid that you waste hits for nothing. When the site will be back online, you will have to login
to the url area and click on the Activate button. Or send us a short note and we will do
it for you.
Please note that pausing one url will NOT take it completely out of rotation.
You need to contact us thus that we may pause it on all rotators.
Q: Can i expect real-time statistics ?
A: Depending on how many Positions you bought, your URL(s) will
be entered in dozens - even hundreds! - of our rotators. You will see live stats of only one of those,
the one where you enter your urls. Complete stats will be cron-updated every 24 hours.
Sorry for not being able to offer 24/24 live stats but if you think that most coops
give no stats at all...
Q: The statistics you
provide differ from the ones i have from my log files or from my tracker...
A: The following guilts also for all traffic exchanges, banner exchanges,
and generally seen for all traffic providers.
Each tracker calculates the hits in a different way.
Raw hits, unique hits (1 hour- 12 hours- 24 hours- 7 days- 30 days-, etc.),
click-thrus, 2nd clicks, and several more ways. In addition many use cookies, iframes, java or
tags, that may get refused by browsers, firewalls,
anti-virus and anti-spy software and security settings.
Some do not work within frames (but most exchanges use frames), some load slow and even
make your site to load slower. Not to talk about having a broken or slow-loading link
or code on your
page that makes the whole site load slower... with the tracker usually being the last one
to load.
One thing you may rest assured of that if our stats show that you received a certain
amount of hits, that's exactly the amount you received. The script is almost the
same many successful traffic exchanges use and is absolutely accurate.
Our goal is not to make one single sale to a member: we look after satisfyed members that
do re-order!
Q: Are the hits unique?
A: We don't sell unique hits. That's one of the reasons why we are so
cheap.
Who needs unique hits, anyway? If you run an advertising campaign, you want people to see
your site all the time, to show that it is a successful one. You don't want
them to see it only one time a day!
Q: Is there a way to buy unique hits?
A: If you still need unique hits, you may
buy them here.
Q: What payment methods
are accepted?
A: Basically we accept
Paypal,
e-Gold,
MoneyBookers,
AlertPay,
AlloPass.
But on request you may also pay through Western Union, 2CheckOut, international money
order, or other means. Eventual fees may apply: contact us for details.
Q: Do you accept monthly
subscriptions?
A: Yes.
Q: Do i get a discount
if i open a subscription?
A: After 6 consecutive subscription payments, you get one
or more Positions for free (the same number of Positions you subscribed for or the average
of - if you change subscription in that period):
that's a 16.6% discount!
Q: What other discounts
are forseen?
A: If you buy 5 Positions, you save 10%. If you buy 10-50 Positions,
you save 20%. If you buy 51 Positions or more, you save 40%.
Q: May i cancel a
monthly subscription?
A: Yes, whenever you wish: just login to your Paypal account and
follow the required steps or send us an email and we will cancel it for you from our account.
Q: What
happens if you have technical problems and Coop-Hits "disappears" for one or
more days?
A: We will try our best not to let this happen, but
sometimes problems can appear for causes out of our control. In this case we
will possibily your paid membership to cover the missed time. The hits corresponding
to the Positions you bought, will be delivered in any case.
Q: What
happens if you fail to deliver the guaranteed minimum of hits within the month?
A: This situation usually happens when you only promote
sites containing pop-ups, which are harder to deliver hits to. Anyway, in this
case too we will extend your paid membership for as long as required to deliver at
least the hits associated with the number of Positions you
bought.
Q: I joined - and bought
a Position - yesterday, but my paid account has been activated only today. Did i
lose one day of paid membership?
A: Not really. Your paid account lasts exactly 30 days
from the very moment we do approve your url(s).
Q: Shall i first join or
first buy a Position?
A: It really doesn't matter.
Q: I joined but did not receive the welcome message.
A: Please request a new one at info @coop-hits.com (without the space) .
Q: I bought a Position,
but my Paypal e-mail is different than the one i used to join
Coop-Hits.
A: No big deal: just send us a short note to admin @coop-hits.com (without the space).
Q: I bought a Position,
now what?
A: After your payment has been processed, you will receive
from us your login data to the url administration area. Please note that the
login urls are slightly different for Manual and for Auto-hit Positions.
ID# and password will be the same as for your members area. You may change the
password later if you wish, by sending us a request.
For security reasons, orders are processed manually. It may take up
to 24 hours or more - specially on week-ends. An email sent to sales @coop-hits.com
(without the space) can help to speed up the process.
Q: Where do i add my
urls?
A: If you paid for Manual Positions, login to

If you paid for Auto-hit Positions, login to
http://www.coop-hits.com/rotator2/login.php
Please wait until you receive a confirmation message from us - or else you won't
be able to access the url administration area.

go automatically to your referrer.

A: Yes.

referral, but my paid account isn't active. Will I still earn commissions?
A: As soon as you join Coop-Hits you become automatically
an affiliate. Even if your paid account never gets activated (maybe because you
don't wish so), you still get commissions for all the sales your affiliate link
generates.
Terms Of Service
(Legal Stuff)
- By joining Coop-Hits you agree to abide
by these rules.
- The above FAQ's and the
Affiliate Program Terms of Service are fully part of Coop-Hits' rules.
- We are not responsible for the contents of, or pictures on the sites promoted
by Coop-Hits. We dissociate ourselves hereby totally from these contents.
- We reserve the right not to accept members without reason.
- We reserve the right to cancel accounts in case of clearly fraudulent
violations.
- In case an excluded member has already paid, he/she will be eventually
refunded. In this case, transition costs will be deducted.
- SPAM to generate referrals for the affiliate program is forbidden. In addition
we do not permit unwanted advertisement breaking newsgroups and forums rules. To
set the affiliate url as one of "Multiple Popups" is also prohibited.
- Normal operation and/or the continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. We
accept no responsibility for damage of any kind. However, eventual membership
extensions are forseen.
- We reserve the right to change the offered services at any time. Members will
be informed of these changes.
- You may opt in/out from receiving our newsletter. Still, you will receive
those newsletters informing about new services and/or changes in our rules.
- We reserve the right to change the Rules at any time without previous
announcement. This is communicated to each user, who will accept the changed
rules in order to be able to participate further. If the user accepts the
changes, these become immediately effective. If the user does not accept the
changed Rules, an eventual refund will be issued.
